Weeks 5, 6 & 7

Yep, chalk me up as absent-bloger-guy over the last few weeks. Why? Well, who really knows, I guess maybe I wanted to see if there was a reason for me to keep writing it, and if people actually read it. Which begs the question, is something worth writing if it isn't read? I don't have the answer, but my vow to not only myself but to those who actually take the time to read this is to keep pace with the show's release schedule. First off, folks out there who say they can't see the change in me... Are you even watching the show? 20lbs on anyone is a significant difference, I mean, what were you expecting anyway? We're keeping up-to-date and tight on the measurements and weigh-ins so my progress can be tracked and monitored. I've learned week-in and week-out that you can't please everyone, it's actually an impossible task, because someone somewhere just won't like what you're serving up. So, whatever, I mean, I've spent a lifetime being a people-pleaser and putting others in front of myself and I'm not gonna sweat it too much if I can't change the minds of a bunch of anonymous slanderers on the internet. I would like to thank the amount of legit support and generally interested inquiries I've received so far, and I've done my best to reply and be in good contact with people. "How have you changed, and how do you feel?" is one of the most common questions I get, and he simple answer is: "I've changed by attempting to minimize my weaknesses and maximize my positives, and I feel great!" To be perfectly honest, sometimes when I look in the mirror I still see the same guy that started out a few weeks back, even when everyone else around me is saying there's a definite noticeable difference. For the most part now, though, I'm starting to see the person who, in my head, I've wanted to be. There's still a big hill to climb and I still have huge obstacles to overcome, but for the first 7 weeks I think I'm doing pretty damn good all things considered. My concern is that I may loose focus, because if too many good things are happening at once and I grow content with my current state then I won't have the same urge to continue to improve at the rate I've been improving at. So, in order to counteract that lineage of thought I need to keep active and keep focused at the task at hand knowing that I'll be able to reap the benefits AFTER the hard work has paid off, and that my primary goal is working out, eating right, and being active. I have to keep reminding myself to keep my head in the game and keep up a solid 3-2-0 forecheck while maintaining a standard defensive presence. Rocknroll.

Hey Peter. Having watched the episodes and, given the very short time in which you have been training, I'd say the results you are seeing are phenomenal. If you look closely at the sport of professional bodybuilding you'll notice these guys have been training for upwards of 20 years to ass roughly 100-140lbs of muscle to their frames. That is 5-7lbs of lean muscle per year, with the unlimited use of steroids, supplements, training facilities, diet, and free time (if they are sponsored).
I have noticed that some people recommend that you take more steroids, but I would suggest you keep the dosage relatively small to start. Under normal circumstances, just beginning a training routine will kickstart your body's own testosterone, HGH, and thyroid production, so taking steroids may (slightly) inhibit that normal production. Just some food for thought.
Also, don't worry about people who are displeased or antagonistic towards you for this documentary. Typically, the internet is an outlet for all those people who have severe self-esteem issues and lack the constitution to speak their mind when they are accountable for their words. I think this is an amazing way to follow in the footsteps of Myth Busters and Morgan Spurlock, in taking on old notions and proving a point about them.
Good luck. I am eagerly waiting for episode 8 to come out.

Great show kid.
I think that you will see even better gains week 8-12.
Could you please tell us which gear you are on.
D-bol and test?

Just wanted to let you know some people DO read your stuff. Keep it up!

On a side note... you need keep them videos coming. See, you and I are competing. :D

I started my first cycle about 5 weeks after you did. At 6' and 136 lbs, I was in nearly the exact same spot you were when you started. So your something of an inspiration to train hard and eat right so that I can "beat" your stats.

I hope you made some good gains in week 8 cuz I'm at 152 with tomorrow only ending week 3. :P

Straight-Leg Deadlift form is horrible and dangerous. What you're doing , at 01:52 of the video on this episode (07), rounding your back like this? Oh man! please stop using this clip in your production.
I thought you have a trainer?
There are some nice demonstrations on TY:

Other than that, keep up the good work!

I would have figured you would gain faster using steriods. Your gains are the same as mine, and I jsut ate a lot. Went from 195 to 260 in 9 months.

Hi Peter, Great show I agree.

While I believe you could have made many of the same changes without steroids by eating more protein, regular gym work, tanning etc...I think you have the right sentiment.

I definitely think you should not take more than 2 steroids. Also, once you go off, you can probably gain more size than ever since you were eating very little before steroids.

If you are going to use steroids for a long time, a low dosage of testosterone or growth hormone is probably the best since your body actually makes those unlike d-bol.

I hope you continue to learn how to train, as I believe you could probably reach even 200 pounds naturally and 210+ lbs with steroids. You are a very intelligent person and though you should have trained for at least a few months before the roids, most of the people slamming you wouldn't have the courage to expose themself to the very criticism they dish out.

I had good results for two - 3 weeks, on this stuff called anabolic pump, i put on like 10 lb almost.
Its available from usb laps, i would check that out.
When i was working out earlier in this year i made little progress as i dident eat.
As soon as i made protien a priority everything changed.

really i think 80% is nutrition.

Personally, I've noticed a great change in your appearance over the past several weeks. It's taken me 10 months to gain 30 lbs, and you've managed to gain 20 in just 8 short weeks (I watched the vid from week 8). Keep up the good work!!!

Hey slim -

great job kid, you're not at your goals yet though! Keep working your butt off. I really like your attitude improvement.

At the beginning I was like, "Who the heck is this homo?" Now it's great to see you taking the initiative to make sure you're eating enough and to do it BIG like you're saying.

Make sure you fix your deadlift/stiff leg deadlift form though? You have it on tape, so go check out some exercise vids online.

Also, if you're feeling complacent, make sure you keep setting bigger goals so you don't get bored and think that it's easy!

You'll do great! Don't stop now!

It's refreshing to see someone do their research and make smart decisions that may go against the accepted societal norms. I wish I could have seen your videos before I started in my steroid journey- at 5'10" and 130 lbs, I can relate to your sentiments. You have been able to change your attitudes about yourself as well, which is crucial. Though I am up to 200lbs now, I still see the "little" me in the mirror. Congratulations on making all the right choices, and achieving your goals without obsessing! I can't wait for 10, 11, and 12!!!

Really interested show. Got addicted to it. Good job and good luck.
Some of the comments by the shallow chicks there are retarded and annoying. I'd like to test them on some common knowledge (more than just "where is vagina") and see what they have to say.
Great show. Wish episodes were 10-15min longer but I understand there might not be enough interested things to edit.
Looking forward to seeing next episodes. Take care man!

all i have to say is that you a great inspiration to many people, theres always that negative vibe when people talk about steroids, but in all reality you just have to do your reaserch and study your shit, kids these days see models and body builders on t.v. and magazines and just go out and buy gear from some unknown source, from all they know that shit could of been made in a toliet! thats the reason why you see people talking about the roid rage, acne, hairloss, bitch tits, and so forth, because people dont do thier research! in all reality to much of anything can hurt you and have negative side effects. but keep up the good work man and thanks for showing the world with a little bit of research and studying you can have great results from using steroids! and i cant wait to see your next episode!! remember"people only care for people who care for themselves!" stay jacked!!!

This guy is just stupid! using steroids when you havent trained before isnt good! your ligaments in your body etc etc, isnt ready/strong enough for the strenght gains u may experience when your on steroids, can cause serious damage in the future.. And doesnt this geek wondering at all what message this send to other kids.To many stupid fucks start using steroids before they even been on a gym. when he´s gains isnt so good anymore he will start a new cycle before he even gone throu a proper PCT and let the body get back to its regular homeostasis. your endogenous testosterone production can take over a year to get back to normal again, even if u get back like 80% quick u still under normal. you should spend ypur money on food personal trainer and a shrink. then if you wanna compeet or when you are close to your genetical max after several years of training, then you can get benefits from steroids, before that its useless in my opinion.
jerk of/sex (not for this guy thou),cold showers, lots of fats, heavy ass weight training will increase your hormonal levels in a natural way which ppl whois smarten then this guy should consider until they have atleast a few more on weightlifting under their belt. You aint just send the wrong messege to ppl you give your country another "stupid stamp" in the forehead, no offense america, but it do.

Since this is the last blog entry I'm gonna comment here.

Steroids are a powerfull thing, but they are not the "solution" to your "problem".

You obviously haven't even looked for any real info on how to build muscle mass.

Read and understand:

http://rapidshare.com/files/94628784/bulkingforectomorphs.pdf

Steroids are not for skinny ass moofos who just begun training, and don't even know how to eat.

Steroids are for 200+ pounds ripped guys with at least a few years training and dieting experience, when they reach a limit in progress, so they can go further.

i really hope people do not see this and find it inspirational.

in fact its counter productive to those working to bring steroid out of the stereotype it's currently in.

anyone worth their salt in bodybuilding/nutrition/training/steroid information can tell you, steroids shouldn't even be considered for at least 5 years of solid diet and training. steroids are applicable when you have reached your genetic limits.

if you simple ate intelligently and had a solid program you would have gotten better results than you did.

hell you could have simply added milkshakes and do squats three times a week and gotten the same results.

when youre at the beginning level, anything will work, no point in using gear, gear is your ace

I guess they are in production talks with hollywood to release weeks 11 and 12 on the big screen.

Steroids are surely well to build your body. But we should we use those which are legal, I mean legal steroids.
Thanks Peter.
